The AI Content Engine

One Idea Becomes Your Entire Week of Content

Feed it a YouTube video, a podcast, a webinar, or a post you already wrote. Out comes your blog post, social posts, newsletter, short-form hooks, and graphics. In your voice, not AI voice.

No YouTube channel? No podcast? No audience? Doesn't matter. If you can talk about what you know for ten minutes, that's enough. The Engine interviews you.

You Already Know Both Ways This Usually Goes

Without the Engine
Repurposing one idea by hand eats most of a workday
Or ChatGPT does it fast and it sounds like everyone else's feed
Every platform needs its own format, and you keep guessing
Graphics mean a design tool and another subscription
So the idea gets published once and dies there
With the Engine
One seed in, a full week of drafts out, in one work session
Every draft obeys your Brand Guide, so it sounds like you
Each platform gets its own version, formatted to its real rules
Graphics built in your brand colors, no design tool needed
An anti-slop gate rewrites anything that reads like AI before you see it

The System I Use to Run a Six-Figure Business by Myself

I'm a one-person business: a YouTube channel, a blog, a weekly newsletter to 7,000+ marketers, LinkedIn, X, digital products, and content work for client brands. No team, no agency, no editor. That mix does six figures a year.

One person can only publish that much because the multiplication is systematized. I make one video, and a workflow turns it into everything else, in my voice, checked against my own anti-slop standard.

The Engine is that workflow, written down so your AI assistant can run it for you. I didn't invent a product and go looking for a story. I packaged the thing my business runs on.

What One Run Produces

Every run lands in a dated folder as drafts for your review. Edit what you want, publish what you like, skip what you don't.

blog.md

A full blog post

1,200+ words, with 5 title options to pick from.

social.md

Social posts for your platforms

3-5 each for LinkedIn and X, 2-3 for each other platform you use, formatted to each platform's rules.

newsletter.md

A newsletter email

Written for your list, with 5 subject line options.

hooks.md

10-20 short-form hooks

Openers for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks, mined from the strongest moments in your seed.

graphics/

3-4 social graphics

Quote cards, stat cards, and a vertical hook card in your brand colors. Made with code, so text is never warped.

quality-gate

Every draft, checked first

Each piece is scored against an anti-slop checklist and your Brand Guide, and rewritten until it passes.

That's a week of publishing from one idea: a video, a webinar, a long post, a voice memo, or a ten-minute interview.

The File That Keeps It From Sounding Like AI

Straight from the download: the example Brand Guide. Yours captures this level of detail about how you talk, and every draft gets checked against it.

Excerpt from the example Brand Guide included in the download, showing the My Voice and What I Never Say sections

How It Works

Works with Claude, ChatGPT's Codex, Cursor, and any AI assistant that reads files. If you can describe your business and copy-paste, you're qualified.

1

Unzip the download

You get a folder: the writers, the Brand Guide Builder, the interview mode, the graphic designer, the quality gate, and a click-by-click setup guide.

2

Open it in your AI tool

Drag the folder into VS Code, Cursor, Claude, or whatever you already use, and say "Get me started." Never used those tools? The setup guide walks you through it, click by click. First run only, the Engine studies your website, channel, or writing and builds your Brand Guide. About 10 minutes, once.

3

Feed it one idea a week

From then on, every week is one sentence: "Turn this into my week of content: [link]." Or say "Interview me." Your drafts land in a folder, ready for review.

You bring one idea a week. The Engine does the multiplication. You approve what ships.

Repurposed AI Content Is Usually Slop. This Isn't.

Paste a transcript into ChatGPT and you get slop, because it has no context on you and no rules to follow. The Engine fixes the causes.

01 · The Brand Guide Builder

It learns your voice before it writes a word

The Engine studies your website, your channel, or your writing (or interviews you) and builds a voice file: your vocabulary, your rhythm, your opinions, the words you'd never use. Every output obeys it, and it's yours to edit anytime.

02 · The Quality Gate

An anti-slop check on every single draft

Before you see a draft, it's scored against the tells readers scroll past: banned AI words, em dashes, hollow intros, summary endings. Fail, get rewritten. You only review drafts that passed.

03 · Graphics Made With Code

No design tool, no warped text

AI image generators mangle words. The Engine builds your cards as small designed pages in your brand colors, then snapshots them. Crisp text, no Canva, no image subscription.

04 · Three Ways In

You don't need a content library to start

Drop in a link or transcript. Paste a voice memo. Or say "interview me" and answer 6-8 sharp questions. Most repurposing tools assume you already have a content library. This one doesn't.

What People Say About Working With Me

The Engine just launched, so these are verbatim quotes from my Skills Stack and consulting customers. Brad's is about the repurposing workflow this Engine grew out of.

"The Content Repurposing skill alone changed everything. Now I go from a YouTube video to a blog post to social media and it comes out in my words, my language, with zero AI fluff. Completely changed how I think about content."

The Engine writes your content. AI search visibility is a separate job, and a separate product: my AI SEO System ($199). Neither requires the other.

Built for People With Ideas and No Time

Creators

Repurposing is the part that never gets done. Feed the Engine each episode and review a week of drafts in one sitting.

Solopreneurs

You ARE the marketing department. The Engine is a content team that learned your voice, for less than an hour of a freelancer's time.

Small business owners

Twenty years of answers to customer questions, zero content. Say "interview me," talk for ten minutes, publish all week.

Coaches & consultants

Every client call is full of content you never capture. One voice memo becomes the blog post, the posts, and the newsletter.

Who it's not for: if you want content auto-posted with zero review, or you're hoping AI will invent expertise you don't have, skip this. You stay the editor.

What This Won't Do (Read Before You Buy)

I'd rather lose the sale than take your money and disappoint you.

It won't run without an AI assistant

The Engine is a system your AI tool runs, not a standalone app. You need a paid plan on an assistant that reads files: Claude Pro at about $20/month is plenty; Codex and Cursor work too. That subscription is separate from this purchase.

It won't publish for you

Every run produces drafts for your review. Nothing posts, schedules, or sends itself. The publishing guide covers getting it all posted, but that part stays in your hands.

It won't replace having something to say

The Engine multiplies your ideas; it doesn't manufacture them. If you can't talk about your work for ten minutes, no tool fixes that.

The honest version: AI made generic content free, so sounding like yourself is now the whole game. The Engine exists to keep your voice in the output at volume. That's the entire product.

FAQs

Do I need a YouTube channel or a podcast?

No. Say "interview me" and the Engine asks you 6-8 questions about something you know; your answers become the week's raw material. It also takes voice memo transcripts, webinar recordings, or posts you already wrote. Ten minutes of talking is enough.

What does it cost to run?

The Engine is $47 once. Running it takes a paid plan on an AI assistant that reads files: Claude Pro at about $20/month is enough (it's what I build and test with), and you likely already pay for one. No other tools, credits, or subscriptions.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Claude (Code, Cowork, or Desktop), ChatGPT via Codex, Cursor, Google Antigravity, and any AI assistant that reads files in a folder. On Claude Code it installs as a plugin. The setup guide has click-by-click steps for each tool.

Is this a subscription?

No. $47 once, yours forever, all updates included: re-download from the same page at no cost. The only recurring cost is the AI plan you already have.

How is this different from just prompting ChatGPT?

Prompts start from zero every time and produce the same generic voice for everyone; that's why repurposed AI content reads like slop. The Engine is a system with memory: a Brand Guide enforced on every draft, per-platform rules, an anti-slop gate, and a pipeline that turns one seed into every format in one pass.

Will it actually sound like me?

That's the core of the product. The Engine builds your Brand Guide from your real writing, your site, or an interview, and every draft is checked against it. If something feels off, say "that doesn't sound like me" and it fixes the guide so the mistake can't repeat.

Can I use it for more than one brand?

Yes. Personal license: any of your own brands and businesses, on any of your devices, with one folder per brand keeping each voice separated. The only thing you can't do is give away or resell the Engine itself.

How long does a run actually take?

Setup is about 15 minutes once, plus 10 teaching it your voice. After that, a full run is one focused work session. If a usage limit interrupts, finished pieces are already saved; a fresh conversation picks up from the first missing piece.

What's your refund policy?

All digital product sales are final. That's why this page says exactly what the Engine does and won't do. Unsure? Email me first: ryan@ryandoser.com. I answer honestly, including "this isn't for you."
